Meet the owner : Mark Ciaglia was born and raised in Hamilton and has been a resident since 1968. He graduated from the local University (McMaster) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1991. It is over the past 12 years that he established a young family in the area. As a result of investigation into the industry and franchising in general, he has determined that ‘The Environmental Factor’ provides the greatest chance for growth and success. Mark is thrilled to provide Lawn Care customers, both new and old, with a totally natural alternative to current practices that adversely affect our environment and our health in general as a society.
